Overview

This page lists the third-party service providers PrizeBot currently uses to support hosting, infrastructure, storage, and billing operations.

We may update this page from time to time as our service providers change or as our use of those providers evolves.

Current sub-processors

Heroku

Purpose: Application hosting and infrastructure.

Data involved: Service operation data processed through the hosted application environment, including data needed to run PrizeBot and support customer workspaces.

Supabase

Purpose: Database and file storage.

Data involved: Workspace records, Slack identifiers, reward activity records, balances, redemptions, raffle and spin data, celebration data, workspace settings, and uploaded prize images or related file metadata.

Stripe

Purpose: Billing, checkout, subscription management, and payment processing.

Data involved: Limited billing, checkout, subscription, and payment-related records or identifiers needed to manage customer billing.

How we use sub-processors

PrizeBot uses sub-processors only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, including hosting the application, storing operational data, managing uploaded files, and handling billing or subscription workflows.

We do not authorize sub-processors to use customer data for their own unrelated purposes.

Updates to this list

We may update this sub-processor list from time to time as our service providers change. Updates to this page become effective when posted.
